“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.”-Brené Brown

I am a licensed psychotherapist and have been working with people in a clinical setting for over 10 years. I hold the belief that therapy can be a deeply transformative experience. The relationship with your therapist is one in which you should feel heard, supported and believe they want what’s best for you. When you have this connection you can feel secure and expand into gaining insight and self-awareness. From this place you can begin to heal and experience your life with more hope, clarity, compassion, and gratefulness.

I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and existential purpose. I have a harm-reduction, strengths-based approach and utilize shame-resilience and mindfulness strategies to help my clients tap into their inner wisdom thus helping them to lead a more purposeful life.

I am also passionate about working with people who are using entheogens as part of their healing journey.  I assist with preparation strategies, and integration techniques to support people as they expand into these powerfully transformative experiences.

I believe that each person is different and has different wants and needs.  Holding this in mind I tailor each session to your specific needs. Choosing to enter into therapy takes courage and can be a vulnerable time. I feel honored and grateful to be a part of your journey.
