“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.”-Brené Brown

Welcome! I believe each person is unique.  And it is this uniqueness that makes us such amazing and special beings. My belief is that therapy is an experience in which the therapist and client work together in a collaborative way.  It is important that you feel a connection with your therapist, feel listened to and trust that they want the best for you.  Since each person is unique and has their own challenges I tailor each session to my client’s needs. We build on your inherent strengths helping you to gain more insight and self-awareness moving you into a more empowered state of being. From this place you can move forward in your life with clarity, optimism, gratitude and joy.

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and addiction. I have a strengths-based approach and utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, Brené Brown’s shame- resilience model and mindfulness to help my clients tap into that which makes them unique thus helping them to lead a more meaningful life.

I know that choosing to enter therapy can be a very vulnerable time and I feel honored that I can be part of your journey.
